In the book Levantine Arabic Verbs, there’s two verbs for enjoy – ستهنى and نبسط. Is there a verb that’s more common to use? Are there some differences in the meanings?

نبسط is more common. Both verbs have the same meaning.
The verb سْتًمْتع also is commonly used and has the same meaning .
