The Random Lebanese Arabic series are exceptionally useful for those learning Shami. I often turn to these to figure out how to say something naturally, and not directly translate from English to Arabic. I was just in Jordan and Lebanon and these were a constant companion my whole time there. I was able to pull from these to say things to people in a number situations. There were no misunderstandings as these books made communication simple.
The only thing I would love to see is a deck of Anki flashcards for each book in the series. This would make these books even more useful!
