(Click below to check your account's email address if you're not sure.) If you are sending the credit to someone else, it will be linked to their email address. If an email address does not match and the store credit does not appear in the account, just email us.
Using Your Store Credit
When your purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with a coupon code. You don't really need this code, however, as you should see a notice (if you are logged in) at checkout that you have store credit available. Just click on that. You do not need to use all of your store credit on one order; any unused balance will remain in your account to use toward future purchases.
