Refund policy

Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are final once a product has been accessed or downloaded. Digital files cannot be returned, so we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges in most cases.

Refunds are issued only if:

• You accidentally make a duplicate purchase of the same product, or
• A verified technical issue on our end prevents you from accessing the files.

To request a refund in one of these situations, please contact contact@lingualism.com within 7 days of purchase and include your order number and details.

Please note:

• Download links are limited to five (5) per product. Additional downloads cannot be automatically reissued once this limit is reached.
• Customers are responsible for backing up their own files after download.
• By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

If you purchased a paperback edition through Amazon or another retailer, please refer to that retailer’s refund and return policies.
