Please read carefully before completing your order:

  • Digital downloads only – No physical books are sold on this website.

  • Five (5) downloads per product – Each link allows up to five downloads. Please download and back up your files promptly.

  • All sales are final – Because digital products cannot be returned, refunds are only issued for duplicate purchases or verified technical issues.

  • Personal use only – Files are licensed to you and may not be shared or distributed.

  • Optional newsletter – You’ll only receive marketing emails if you leave the subscription box checked at checkout.

  • Download access – Files are available in your account after purchase, but ongoing access cannot be guaranteed indefinitely.

Welcome to Lingualism! The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Lingualism LLC. By visiting our site or making a purchase on Lingualism.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the website or make purchases.

2. Age and Account Responsibility

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and that you are responsible for any activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or making a purchase, and to keep your account credentials secure. You may not transfer, sell, or share your account with others.

3. Purchases and Access

Lingualism.com sells digital products only. If you are looking for physical books, many titles are available as paperbacks on Amazon.
All sales are final due to the non-returnable nature of digital goods.

After completing your purchase, download links will be displayed on the confirmation page and sent to your email.
Each product allows up to five (5) downloads. Once that limit is reached, additional downloads cannot be granted automatically.
We recommend downloading and securely backing up your files promptly after purchase. While we currently provide access to your purchased files through your account, this access is not guaranteed indefinitely.

4. License and Usage

When you purchase a digital product from Lingualism, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the files for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may save and use the files on your own devices but may not share, upload, distribute, resell, or transfer them to others.

5. Important: PayPal Holds on Certain Orders

PayPal may place temporary holds on orders that include titles containing certain keywords (such as “Syrian” or “Egypt”). These holds are usually resolved within 24 hours but may delay order processing.
To avoid potential delays, we recommend:
• Paying by credit card instead of PayPal, or
• Purchasing store credit first and then using it to buy the affected titles.

6. Newsletter and Email Communications

When you place an order, an account is created automatically so you can access your purchased products.
You will receive transactional emails (such as order confirmations and download links), which cannot be unsubscribed from.

You may optionally subscribe to our newsletter at checkout by leaving the box checked. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Your email address is never shared with third parties and is used solely for communications from Lingualism.

7. Intellectual Property

All products and content available on Lingualism.com—including text, images, audio, and video—are the intellectual property of Lingualism LLC and are protected by copyright law.
No part of any product or content may be reproduced, modified, or shared without prior written permission from Lingualism.

8. Feedback and Reviews

By submitting feedback, testimonials, or reviews, you grant Lingualism a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and display that content for promotional purposes.
You agree that your submissions will not violate any third-party rights or contain unlawful, abusive, or obscene material.

9. Refund Policy

Because digital products cannot be returned, all sales are final once the product has been downloaded or accessed.
Refunds are only issued in cases of:

  • Duplicate purchases, or

  • Verified technical issues that prevent file access.

We make no guarantees, representations, or warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lingualism LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our website or products.
This includes but is not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits. Your use of our website and products is at your own risk.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
