Premium Audio: Updated Editions and New Titles

We’re refreshing our entire Premium Audio range with improved editions of our existing titles and four brand-new additions. These recordings let you hear the Arabic and the English translation, with time to repeat and practice, so you can review without opening the book.

Learn on the go

Premium Audio combines native-speaker Arabic recordings with spoken English translations and slower Arabic repetitions. Built-in pauses give you time to repeat aloud, while the English helps you follow the meaning without checking the book.

Use it to revisit material you’ve studied, practice your pronunciation, or fit a little more Arabic into your day while walking, commuting, or doing things around the house.

Each item: Arabic at natural speed; pause at least 2 seconds to recall or repeat; English meaning; 1.5-second pause; Arabic 20 percent slower; pause at least 2.75 seconds to repeat; soft chime; 1 second before the next item. Longer phrases have longer pauses.

What’s improved?

The biggest change is how the vocabulary audio is organized. The older Egyptian and Levantine editions had a separate file for every word, leaving you with several thousand files to manage. The new format groups vocabulary into tracks of 10 or more items, making your audio library much easier to navigate.

You can listen in book order, choose a topic to review, or shuffle the tracks to mix things up in manageable sets.

We’ve also improved the balance between the Arabic and English volume and refined the pacing for a smoother, more comfortable listening experience.

Already purchased Premium Audio?

The updated files for your existing Premium Audio purchases are available at no additional cost. Download the new files and replace your previous versions. There’s no need to buy the same Premium Audio title again.
